Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Our Service.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Allways Pray ("App"), developed by Allways Faithful ("Developer," "us," or "we"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
 

1. Acknowledgment 

This App is provided solely by the Developer, not Apple Inc. ("Apple"). The Developer is solely responsible for the App and its content.
 

2. Scope of License

Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by Apple’s Usage Rules. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the App.
 

3. Maintenance and Support

The Developer is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services regarding the App. You acknowledge that Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services.
 

4. Warranty

The Developer is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) to you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever.
 

5. Product Claims

The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including, but not limited to: (i) product liability claims; (ii) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (iii) claims arising under consumer protection or similar legislation.
 

6. Intellectual Property Rights

In the event of any third-party claim that the App or your possession and use of the App infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, the Developer, not Apple, will be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.
 

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to reverse engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
 

8. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

If the App offers in-app purchases or subscriptions, payments are processed through Apple App Store. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple ID account settings.
 

9. Third-Party Beneficiary

You acknowledge and agree that Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
 

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, excluding its conflicts of law rules.
